Overtime

You're not a better employee because you sit here all night. Rather, you have too much to do. Once written, we have to acknowledge that overtime exists. The trick is to limit the overwork to the most necessary, so that it feels relevant in any case. And maybe even make it fun. And you should neither starve nor fear the approval of a restaurant voucher — if you didn't buy the whole restaurant.
