Deadlines

Deadlines are there to be met. Never give out “fake” deadlines to your colleagues, but consider deadlines as what they are. A tool for solving tasks on time. And a tool for managing processes with many people involved. It is the responsibility of the project manager that deadlines are met, but that is the task of all of us.
